Acting for Camera Level 2 is a 10-week course for actors with some on-camera experience who are ready to work with more precision, consistency, and independence. Designed as the natural next step after introductory screen acting training, the course helps you build a preparation process that holds up under pressure and supports stronger, more reliable work on screen.
Across the ten weeks, you’ll work on weekly self-tapes, scene work on camera, monologues, in-person casting practice, and showreel-style filmed scenes. The pace is quicker, the expectations are higher, and more is asked of you outside class. You’ll be expected to learn lines, prepare properly, and arrive each week ready to refine your work rather than start from scratch.
This is a practical, disciplined course for actors who want to move beyond occasional good moments and start building a more professional way of working. You’ll develop greater confidence in your preparation, a clearer understanding of how your performance translates on screen, and a stronger ability to take direction, adjust quickly, and deliver truthful work on camera.
