Applying to Drama School? Need honest advice and feedback? We have worked with many students who have successfully applied to drama school.

The structure of the sessions depends on the number of pieces you want to work on.

What We Cover

We would look to cover the following areas:

Discuss needs and find suitable material ensuring that each choice meets the criteria of the relevant drama school;
Breaking down a text for performance;
Looking at meaning and context and defining character objectives;
For classical text – looking at delivery of verse;
Character background and motivation;
Staging and direction.

Session Structure

The first session will be mainly introduction and checking criteria and choices etc. The following sessions will follow the same type of structure:

Aims and Objectives of session;
Recap of previous work;
Workshop the piece with direction from tutor;
Sum up of work so far with notes to work on for next session.

Cost

A One2One Drama School Audition Coaching session is £25 per hour. We offer One2One coaching at our studios in Liverpool City Centre or online via SKYPE/Zoom.
